The Timeline

The City is planning to engage multiple stakeholders, community groups, institutions, and residents of the many communities to listen, educate, and collaborate with them. At least one virtual public meeting will be open to all.
You’ll provide input and offer suggestions, and preferences on multiple concepts and identify priorities that should be considered during the design process through participation in three separate meetings with the City and the design team. The format for each meeting will be released as the meeting date approaches.
The City and the design team will present 15% concept plans to the public through two separate public meetings. Materials that will be available for comment include plans and typical sections showing the proposed concept type and location.
The team will present 30% concepts plans that have been reviewed by City staff for compliance with local, State, and Federal standards and preferences. All attendees will have the opportunity to review the summary of findings, see previous public comments, hear next steps, and understand the associated timeline for the next phase of engineering and construction.
